Using simulation for rail operations - appreciation

Course
summary

Simulation is a useful tool for developing competence and in some cases (especially for situations which occur infrequently, but which are high risk) may be the only feasible method.

This 1-day workshop has been designed to give rail industry trainers and managers an appreciation of how simulation exercises can be used in training and the skills that trainers and assessors will need to run such exercises effectively.
