In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, organisations are constantly seeking effective ways to manage and optimise their workforce’s competence and skill development. The Assure Integrated Competence Management System has emerged as a reliable solution, helping businesses streamline their competence and learning management processes.

To ensure its continued efficiency and functionality, periodic system updates are crucial. This is why we have, yet again, installed some more very interesting and usable facets to our existing system.

Our 5 year plan helps us keep in line with new and upcoming ideas, with keeping AI in mind.

All those currently using Assure, have, and are seeing great benefits from their system, and feedback from them continues to drive ongoing enhancements. Dave Sinnott from GTR and Stuart Fraser from Balfour Beatty helped with ideas for the recent updates. A big thank you to those guys and hope you enjoy the new functions!

Mobile Friendliness

Just one of the updates included this time around is an enhancement in mobile accessibility.

In today’s mobile-driven world, having mobile accessibility is no longer a luxury but a necessity. Our recent version update focuses on optimising the Assessment offline capability to ensure newer version Apple and Android devices are accessible.

Offline capability enhances convenience, and responsiveness, allowing for realtime assessment processing.

Regular system updates play a vital role in keeping our Assure Competence Management System relevant, efficient, and aligned to organisational goals.

By implementing any updates, organisations can enhance needs, integrate seamlessly, leverage advanced reporting and bolster data security.

These improvements have contributed to an effective competence management strategy, empowering organisations to nurture talent, drive performance, and stay ahead in today’s rapidly evolving business environment

“I really do like the ASSURE system as you are probably aware. I have seen it grow enormously since it was introduced to GTR. From a user perspective, it is pleasing to navigate through and offers a greater experience than other databases.

I also really appreciate that you take the time to consider ideas to improve the functionality,  so, personally, a big thanks from me. You are always quick to respond to my questions and nothing seems like too much trouble for you.”

Dave Sinnott, Govia Thameslink Railway
